Stock 04 with gutted exhaust ran 118. Added ECP down to 113, shimmed secondary with 5/16 lock washers runs 115 now. Runs 10100-10200 out of the hole, climbs to 10500 by 115. (25 degrees and hard pack. Secondary all stock in stock no.3 hole. Stock primary weights with rivets slightly drilled on all runs) Belt squeals at idle since i added 5/16 washers, tried different belt still does. Belt rides about 3/32 over. Any ideas on how i can gain 5 plus MPH or about belt squeal? Thanks Mike

Ya the belt is to tight, take out a shim, behind your helis the small ones behind the 10mm bolts,i just dont understand why your top speed slowed down when the filters were added, did you jet up to 170s as that is what i had to do,did you get your 118 on gps or a gun, what kind of ice/snow did you have, your top rpms are fine,as long as you are shifted out as far as it has always gone, than clutching is not your problem.pdrmike said:Stock 04 with gutted exhaust ran 118. top speed
you need to put back the rivets to stk you need this for full #*$&@ out on your clutch try another primary sping to get your rpm up. and with the exhaust you may need to jet up again check your plugs. if jetting is to lean these things just go flat on top.
