Need a chain case cover for viper and wandering if any of the cat covers interchange? Anyone have any first hand experience with these?

The Cat 7000 and 1100 series will work they have chain cases with mechanical reverse just like the viper. The new AC 4000 trails lead may also work but this is the first year for that sled so I doubt if there will be any out there this soon.

No mechanical reverse covers appear to be same. Looks like they just have a plug installed where the servo gear would go. This is just going off of photos.

7000 will work. The 1100 has a different part number but doesn't mean it won't fit. Off the top of my head, I cant think of a reason it would not but the part number difference might be a sign of something. Some guys use the 7000 inner case on Turbos and other Cat engine models during replacement so that they have the hole already there in the case for swapping over to a manual chain adjuster instead of the auto. Not sure if they use the old cover or 7000 part number to go with it
