Anyone know a cure for this. I posted this last year and lots have the same issue. I'm talking about a hesitation if you stop the sled and full throttle it. There's a bog then she goes. No other issues.

I had this problem until my secondary clutch was fixed up.

No recent mods and I'm running a Vector secondary with a green spring and 43 helix. Also have Ulmer's primary clutch kit. It's just a annoying 1 second bog then goes. I wonder if a 41 helix would make it worse or better?
Also should add I'm running the 9 tooth drives. 144 track and FX gears.

Have you considered dropping a tooth or two?

On the drive sprockets? I don't what to loose top end and I like the better approach angle of the 10T. I was thinking a different helix because it would resist the belt digging down to far in the secondary.

Not the drivers but the gears.

Same result though and I would loose my top end. I'd sure like to see if that belt is digging into the secondary and causing it. Those running the YVX secondary, what helix are you running. I'm also thinking of running a variable ramp helix something like 39 and ending with a 51. Best of both worlds.
