Glad you sorted this out. I am planning to replace the idler bearings over Christmas. I guess I better get the OEM bearings for those 2 idlers.

You can't put oem bearings in those wheels since they are made for the wider bearings. They would probably just twist and fall off.
Royal distributing has some larger wheels (135mm) with the stock bearings that work well in that location.

Just sourced at set of Kimpex 135 mm wheels with 6005 bearings.
RocDoc...I got them at MSP on Rothesay. They had two in stock. When I talked to Robert at Star this am, he told me that these are the same wheels/bearing from Kimpex that they used to make the STAR Suspension kit. I have the pn if you need.
It was either buy new wheels..or shave down the outer wheel blocks and smaller bushings 1.5mm on each....6mm total for both...which is the difference in bearing thickness between two 6205 bearings vs 6005.
