Nytro rear axle problem

Hello I recently changed my rear wheels and some how I cannot remember the rear spacer layout ‍ Seems like I don’t have enough shaft left showing for outer wheel. I’m sure it must be a spacer problem. 2 larger ones on outsides and one small one by the inner wheel

that looks about right. when you tighten the axle, it compresses everything and usually end up with a 1/16" or less gap at the end of the bearing from it being flush. if it end up flush, a washer is missing and it will wreck the rails and shaft. had to fix 2 sleds for that this season.
