My starter clutch is getting really bad. It slips when starting and doesn't have a constant hold when cranking, making it hard to start. I believe its a worn out sprag spring that is what causes the slipping. anyone ever replace one of these things?

What oil do you run? Always heard that the starter can be affected by non-oem oil, haven't ever verified it though. (anti-friction modifiers in car oil...)
