While turning sled I get a errrr noise, sled has 5600 miles on it. Could bushing be bad? Sled is an Apex gt 2006.

I have the same problem with my 2007 Apex GT.

Spray ALL bushings on steering column and pivot points with a good quality penetrating oil, there are about 9 sets of bushings/ball joints that can cause your problem

I ended up taking the bushing by the brake apart and luckily it was that one that was sqeauking. Decided to do them all and wow what a difference. After 5000km the sled was started to turn like new again

Bingo! thats the worst 1 of them all you have to lube it often or it starts to squeak and seize, another spot to watch for are the 2 pitt arms under the air box they also tend to get stiff, I take them apart every fall when I do my oil change and use a good quality GREASE on the bushings and spray all tie rods etc...
