Steven Avery

My complaint about this so-called, "documentary," is that it was completely biased. A true documentary gives you an unbiased look and shows you the whole story.

Evidence left out of the series:
  • Steven Avery doused a cat in gasoline and tossed it into a fire (not something someone who is completely mentally stable would do).
  • While in prison he drew up torture chambers that he planned to use on women once he got out.
  • Several rape allegations have emerged against him.
  • He once met the photographer wearing just a towel.
  • He specifically requested that she be the one to go out to his property that day.
  • He used his sister's name when he scheduled the appointment.
  • He called her three times that morning.
  • He ordered arm and leg restraints.
  • They found his sweat inside her vehicle and on her keychain.
  • The bullet linked to her DNA matched his rifle.
With all this being said, I don't think he should have been convicted. Even though almost all signs point to him as the killer, the prosecutions story of what happened that day did not add up. Her DNA was never found in his trailer, the confession they got from his nephew showed cruel and what I consider "unlawful" tactics on the investigators part, and etc.

My Theory:
Steven is, well, a pretty sketchy guy. I think there was a confrontation at some point (maybe he came onto her, touched her, idk), near her car or somewhere else on the property. In the heat of the moment, most likely even on accident, Steven kills or seriously injures Halbach (Avery being the unstable guy he is, doesn't call 911, but instead decides to shoot her). After realizing what he just did, he begins to freak out. Quickly he takes her body to the burn pit and.. well you know what happens, next he gets in her car, carefully to not leave any evidence behind, a shaken Avery fumbles with the key and leaves blood next to the ignition (maybe an injury from the earlier confrontation (with her past experiences at that property, am I crazy to think that maybe she brought a knife for her own safety?), he moves her car and covers it with whatever he can find until he can calm himself down and plan what to do next.

With the evidence already stated above, that in no way supports the prosecutions claim, let's tack one more on. The primary focus of their case against Avery was that he had all of this planned out, he knew what he was going to do, he was somehow a mastermind when it came to hiding his tracks because it was all planned. If he had planned on killing her, he wouldn't have waited to crush her car, he would have set up some sort of alibi for where he was that night. I think what this all boils down to is a freak accident that sadly ended the life of a young woman.

He used his sister's name because that's who's van it was.
They never proved he called her.
His brother had shackles in his trailer also.
It rained a couple of days while they were looking for her car. Sweat washes of my body when I take a shower.
Their was no DNA on keychain, not even hers. Which they found 3 days after they already searched trailer and to be found by one of the officers he was suing.
How about the officer calling in the plates before she was missing?

I did not go....I went up to the giveaway ride early Friday morning.

They had a lot of people there from what I heard, but everything was good. Not being racist, but there were no lootings, murders and no police cars were turned over....LOL. If this would have been a black crime against a white woman, same thing would have happened, but a black woman and a white man? God help us....

Apparently there is a guy who claims he killed Theresa Halbache. He has setup many people to take the fall for his crimes. Edward Edwards is his name, check it out. Makes my skin crawl knowing this.

1. The series told all about the cat incident.

2. That was left out (torture drawings)

3. Several rape allegations? Like the one he served 18 years for & didn't do?

4. Towel incident was left out.

5. As previously stated, he used sisters name because it was her van.

6. Sweat does not leave DNA. Even that fat f^ck sleeze Kratz (prosecutor) admitted that.

7. Shackles had no DNA evidence, nor did his bed have any marks from shackles supposedly being hooked to it. If you were being raped, beaten, & stabbed wouldn't you be struggling just a wee bit & the shackles holding you would mare the Hell out the wooden bed posts?

8. The fragment of an all but destroyed .22 WAS NOT matched to his rifle. It was so mangled that no strata (rifling) could be seen. It was only assumed that it was fired from his gun because of being the same caliber.

Now, do I think he's 1000000000000000000000000% innocent?? NO!!

Do I think him & his borderline retarded nephew deserve a new trial, YES!

Did I tell you about the bomb threat at the courthouse from someone out of state? Yeah, lots of stuff going on here in good ol Manitowoc.
