stock secondary wrap

can someone tell me what the stock secondary positions are? I'm taking mine apart to put in the washers and noticed the helix is at 3. I have'nt pulled it apart yet but in another post everyone was saying 1-6. Mine is an 05.

depends on the spring 1-6 or 2-6 depends on what your into.

pink spring this sled only has 60 miles on it I just pulled off the secondary for the first time. I was looking for the stock setting. Its definately not 1-6 but is that what everyone runs?

run mine 2 and 3 50 degree with stock spring. like the faster out shift pulls alot better. decrease of eng. braking. lose a little backshift but more than enough power pulls you through. lowers rpm a little for mpg.

last year

2 mile long road in up michigan snow covered hard pack and 3" snow on top

60 degree =109 on dream meter
50 degree =124 on dream meter
40 degree =134 on dream meter got 1 foot of snow not enough back shift so ran at 50 degree with out a problem kept around 10,100 rpm

I tried the washer trick this weekend and it would stick the secondary open once and awhile. Would 50 degrees help that?
