looking for brake pads that have more grip than the oem pads, any suggestions?

Did you get oil on the pads or rotor? If your track locks up they are working :).

Most of the time you don't even need brakes since the injectors pulse when slowing down.

I gotta pile of studs in my track, and it'll still lock up on any traction surface, i.e. grass, snow, hardpack, ice, etc... I don't think the pads are your problem. Might have seals out in the brake system somewhere. My guess is in the master cylinder itself. Arctic cats had a few issues with the Wilwood master cylinders needing to be rebuild. And those are some good quality brake systems.

i can lock up the track thats not the problem lol, looking for pads with more bite so i can lock up the the track with less effort on the lever, im a small guy with small hands lol

You could try a longer lever if you could find one to fit. It would give you more leverage. I never thought the brake was that hard to pull and actually thought it locked up pretty easy. I use 2 fingers for braking. Maybe try bleeding your brakes and see if there is any air bubbles in there.

I believe the Nytro brake lever is position adjustable as well. There's a little adjuster on the side closest to the bar with a jam nut. It allows you to move the lever closer to the bar a bit for people with smaller hands
