I went with 1.38 XZP Warthog studs. You could probally go bigger but a 1/4" of stud past your lugs is good enough for me.

I have 1.450" Woodys in my GT. I do have a few light scratch marks on the shield/bracket under the muffler, but everything else is fine. Track was probably a bit loose as I haven't tightened it.

Since 03 most have gone with 1.375 with the 1.25 Ripsaw.

Had a conversation with dirkdiggler on this subject and we came up with the idea of "shimming" the tunnel protection down another 1/4 to 1/2" using spacers...or a strip of aluminum welded to the protection....this will allow the use of a longer stud with at least .33 penetration....he wants up to 1/2"
huge difference in traction...unfortunately 1.325's with a 1.250 ripsaw isnt enough

1.325 OR 1.450 Megabytes would work the best.

I ran 1.40" on my Attak, not a scratch anywhere.
