I know it's more of a mountain sled, but I figured the trail peeps would have more knowledge on the subject. Anyways I want to set my btx up for snow drags and I've already cut the track down to 1.75 And I know I'll probably have to cut it down some more and I know that studding a single ply track is not normally recommended but this set up will strictly be used for snow drags. I wanna stay with carbid tipped trail type studs so I can race in the stock and improved turbo classes, I'm looking at woodys grand master studs because they're specifically made for single ply tracks, I'm probably gonna run them sticking up above the lug more than the normal 3/8ths of an inch for more bite though. ( track allows up to 3/4 ). Anyways does anybody have info or advise they like to share? Thanks!
