hey guys, I want to stud my non turbo ‘14 Viper LTX SE, I just bought it...I’m sorry if this has been covered a million times already.......do I need aftermarket protectors of any kind for tunnel or heat exchangers and what size of stud for general trail/lake riding....thanks

No protectors needed, I ran woodys 1.45 on same sled with no issues in 6k miles

If you look under the tunnel you will see the factory installed protection that was installed by Yamaha. If its not installed then someone may have removed it.That’s what I hoped the answer would be, thanks for the reply!
