I put studs on my 04 warrior last yr and by the end of the yr the studs had ripped apart my header... Wasn't very happy about it.... Is there an easy fix?? I thought drop brackets but I didn't realize you had to move 2 mounts... Anyone have an easy or alternate fix??

Old hyfax! Cut the mount groves off so you have a thin strip left! Rivet to the protectors! Mine are about 3\8ths thick a foot and a half long! Mounted above the top idler to stop the track from slapping the header!

Me either with Woody's Megabytes, 1.325's .
I'm guessing his studs are longer or he runs his track looser than spec..

The studs are 1.325 I will have to check the tension on the track.

I think hard braking makes the problems worse... so don't unless you need to!
