i used the tools that came in the tool box to change the plugs, it worked great

Handlebars??
You can try Dave Bowman's Small Displacement in Waterford across from the airport for some aftermarket or if you want the originals the closest would either be Andersons on Telegraph or Kensington motor sports on Milford road.

Only when it was upside down. 
Other than that I haven't had any problems yet!

Not sure I have another 2 weeks on my warranty, I am going to see what the dealer will do for me. If nothing I don’t have a backup plan yet.
