I replaced out the sub frame on my 09 Nytro, after reading some posts im wondering if I got hosed. Dealer cost was $620 here in Maine. I paid $480 shipped. It was genuine oem and 09 part n#. Is it possible I was sent a 08 subframe? And would I have noticed a difference. Sitting next to each other they looked identical.

If it looks the same as the frame on your 2009, then it's the correct one. The 2008 models don't have the extra plates welded on.

There are 2 gusset plates on the bottom of the '09 frames. The one just below the a-arm mounting points has a hole in it about 3" in diameter. The other gusset ties-in the two lower extensions with the main body of the sub-frame. Other than these two gussets I'm not aware of any other structural differences between the ’08 and ’09 frames
