Subdividing the Apex's (2006-2010) (2011-201X)

Does anyone have any thoughts on subdividing the Apex's and giving the new 2011+ its own tab??

to me its:
2003-2005 RX-1
2006-2010 Apex, Attak, LTX, GT
2011-201? Apex, XTX, SE

So much is new on the 2011+ ESP, EXUP, all new track lengths ..ect makes it hard to search and discuss....the 2011 have as much in commen with the 2006 Apex's, as the 2006 Apex's have with the 2003 RX-1....

Yep, Mr Sled and Mods only want the one shorty Apex section.

Why? They only share the name......other that the handlebar controls I don't see anything the same...am I wrong??

Same chassis, engine, etc. Apex is still an Apex. We would have a million sub forums if we made one for each time Yamaha made enhancements to a model.

Chassis & motor have changes...it's a new generation

It's like saying the RX1 is the same at the 2006 apex. It's more than minor. Even the body panels are different. DooTalk has the XS and seperate XP fourms, all the XS is new skin and new name. This apex is all new except the name. (Witch I believe was a mistake on Yamahas behalf)

as long as its called an apex, one tab is all thats needed..... Post if you have a question or do what i do and waste hours of your time on this site searching and looking at all the great info on this site.
