Summer Modifications

I'd like to put in 8" rear wheels and 8 tooth front anti ratchet drivers. I'll have to figuer out the correct pitch and get the right track. I think it will all fit underneath without heat exchanger problems... Get some larger boggie wheels and get those inner low snow wheels. Like to do some motor work like camshafts and then clutches but will need to see what is avaliable.
I'm waiting for a stock turbo from Yamaha.

Converted my rear axle to a 4 wheel setup, as well as installed larger idler wheels to decrease slider wear. I think I used 3 sets of sliders this past winter at just over 1700km.

I also just finished relocating my speedo gauge to my handlebars for better accessibility.

Temp gauge is on order, as well as a few vents for cooling.

Converting my 08 FX MTX Nytro to a 136 the 153 is just to long (Iowa rider). I bought the sled wrecked damn cheap. Installing a Prox edge with rail extensions. Already cut down the stock tunnel extension turned out sweet. All and all should have less then 4000 in the whole sled with only 670 miles. Anybody looking for 3 pitch drivers have some for sale or trade for 2.52 pitch drivers.

What damage was on the sled when ya bought it?

Buddy of mine runs a sign shop. Its a wrap. Heres his website. www.chasedecals.com His truck is on the main page wrapped the whole thing. Had a lot of compliments at the winnie roast in Wisconsin this year.

Well, I'm done with my summer mods. Here's what I have done:

- repaired bent subframe and reinforced
- added extra wheel on rear axle
- replaced a few stock wheels with larger ones
- installed a set of handguard mirrors
- relocated speedo to the handlebars
- installed a digital led temp gauge
- installed large windshield bag
- added extra venting...see pics below

I'm going balls out. Custom RAGE exshust, 144 studs, looking into a clutch kit, powder the front sub, and tunnel blue. Paint my whole body white, w/ white trail tank, blue windshieild, and powder my A-arms, bumpers, and rear rails neon yellow. TAG bars, plus 2 riser, blue and white graphics kit, and me riding it. There, EVERYTHING balls out! LOL!! Look for my summer build thread soon!
