my list of mods for this summer are pretty simple.
Hid headlights - installed
add 1 extra set of wheels to rear skid - wheels ordered
Revalve rear shocks - shipped out
Evo exhaust can - ordered
I have a 4th wheel kit but am thinking about replacing my tri hub. - undecided

I was thinkinh about a gear change but decided against it till i saw what Was working for others.
Hopefully you get some good replys to your thread.
I love the low end/midrange torque on this sled it just needs 10 mph on the top end to make it perfect. In my opinion.
Plus i just went through my chaincase and its all back together now with new oil so i wont be taking it apart unless i have to.

Upgrading my stage 1 mpi turbo setup a bit, getting rid of the gems controller and putting on a pc5-pti with an ignition module and stutter button, sled is in the process of getting fitted with a new style exhaust and if all the parts fit easily gonna be putting on meth injection and either bigger injectors or modified stock injectors.

I always use hygear for all shock work and have been very very happy with them.
But they are expensive.
Im on a budget this year. So i looked around and heard great things about ian at monster performance.
I contacted Ian via email at like 9pm on a tuesday night and recieved a quote within an hour. Pretty good response time in my opinion.
He quoted 100 bucks to revalve the 2 rear shocks and seemed confident he could get my viper riding great,so i sent my shocks to him.
Not sure what your plan is for a skidplate but i installed an RPM composites, carbon fiber skid plate last year and while its expensive, it is incredibly strong and light. If you have the cash it is a way way better skid plate than the plastic yammy skid plate and it wraps the side panels providing protection for the chaincase and brake.
It has already saved me once and payed for itself, lol

New style exhaust???
I'm having D&D fit one of their stainless oval exhausts on mine, should be a great improvement over the mpi quiet muffler and still get a nice friendly sound

Do you have a link for the skid plate? I like the sound of it over the yamaha oneI always use hygear for all shock work and have been very very happy with them.

I just started my summer mods. I just bought this sled, will be adding rods, shimming motor, it had a hurricane 190 kit and I will be adding inter cooler, fuel pump, ignition moduel, pod 300, 1:1 adjustable regulator, and the auto tune moduel. Once I get it running decent with I'll probably send the turbo out for some mods to get a bit more out of it.

How did you like the 240hp for trail riding? Do you think a 1.3 ice ripper track would be enough trail traction?Upgrade from 240hp to 400hp hurricane turbo.
