I'm probably going to do a 36" mountain front end, EVO re-flash once it becomes available, maybe some additional venting.

2016 36" mountain front end (Available July 22 through Cat) Hopefully Yamaha can bring these parts to the table before next season

Possible upgrades:
Iceage Promotion
OFTs Spooled up 240 kit

Or maybe one of these 36" front ends. Ours will be able to utilize the stock shocks form the 38" and 40" front ends.
This reply is meant to be constructive as to the reasons I'm choosing to go with the 2016 OEM front suspension update. I have looked at your setup and it does look to be a quality product.
1: Price. OEM update is $699 your price $989
2: OEM utilizes the up dated spindle getting rid of the boat anchor of a spindle found on previous years PC chassis
3: Caster angle. As I understand it a lot of the performance gains with Cat/Yamahas mountain suspension is the caster angle increase from 17* to 27*
4: Parts availability. I have 3 Arctic cat dealers and 2 Yamaha dealers with in a 25 minute drive of my house so incase I break something parts should be available on hand somewhere
5: Weight. Not that huge of a gain but the OEM suspension drops 2.5lbs

I have a 16 coming n think my main mods will be the shocks.
All 4 shocks will be upgraded
c&a razor
1.6 inch track.
144 studs unless I go with the turbo then it will be 196 studs
Turbo possibly
full exhaust with can
K&n air filter kit
clutch kit

First order went in- Curve skis, quiet can, and clutch kit. Will be ordering some accessories from my old cat dealer- since yammie don't offer it.

Fall is fast approaching, and winter is not far behind (at least that is what I am telling myself). Earlier in this thread there are people ordering Curve & Mohawk skis and I wondered if anyone out there has had actual experience with the Mohawks on Vipers? I know a lot of people love the Curves, but some of the reviews I have read have indicated that some former Curves fans are really liking the Mohawks. Is there any "real world" experience on the Mohawks on a Viper? And, has anyone tried the Bergstrom triple points on either Curves or Mohawks? My 09 Phazer has triple points and shimmed stock skis, and it is the best handling sled in the barn! What do you think?

Update on Summer Mods:In the middle of Phazer stretch and mod at the moment so Viper mods will be a fall project.
7" Slydog powder hounds, blue with orange loops.
New bumper, Racewerx or Yamaha, undecided.
Heavy Hitter clutch weights.
Teather.
Maybe replace tri hub. Only 800 miles on it so might wait a bit longer.
Wash and polish and wait for snow!
7" Slydogs - order in September.
Yamaha Sport Bumper (blue) - installed.
Thunder Products Heavy Hitters - Installed.
Tether - installed.
Tri-hub - had skid out to change track, spins good.
Wash and polish - several times.
Since summer seems to be dragging along:
1.6" Cobra - installed.
Hygear Dual Pressure Kit for floats - installed.
Secondary Clutch - machined.
8DN Belts - installed.
Rear Skid Plate (orange) - awaiting delivery.
Riser - considering adding MTX vertical steering column instead of a riser.
Better snow soon. If I am riding, I am not modifying the sled. Getting hard to hide the big boxes from the wife

I finally pulled the trigger on a pair of SLP Mohawks. I was torn between the Mohawks and Curves, but I was reading really good things about the Mohawks, even from som Curves fans. Finding a great deal on the Mohawks made the decision for me. Now I just have to make the order to Bergstrom for a pair of triplepoints that will make my Viper rail around the corners! Can't wait for SNOW!!!!!!
