I Treated mine with Fuel Med on my last ride, topped it off and retreated what I added to the tank. I only have a couple hundred miles on the oil change so I am not going to change it, I usually change it in the fall anyway since I like to start mine occasionally through the summer. I have never fogged anything and never had a issue starting them once in a while.

usually nothing but a wash and clean. I have never treated the fuel or fogged the engine. have done this on all my Yamaha's and never had a problem. Sometimes if i don't get lazy i'll change the fluids.

We've never treated gas on any of our sleds. We always change the oil at the end of the season..not that the oil in there is dirty..but what would u rather have sitting in your engine all summer..brand new clean oil or oil with 2000 miles? Then once winter comes we turn the key and ride.
if you are not running synthetic oil do not change it and let it sit. Dino oil breaks down with time.

Do you think its nessesary to loosen up track. I never did on my other sleds. I plan on putting it up on my sled lift so its off the ground for the off season

But for my other sleds....
Trail sleds - use as much gas out of them as you can (new gas with 10% is junk...will destroy gaskets and go bad in months) FIll sled to top will premium fuel (no alcohol added) and start up once every 2 months and bring to operating temperature. Wash, polish and cover
Race sleds - drain fuel totally, fog engines, wash, polish and cover and look at the nice trophies from racing while sucking down some cold ones

From a mechanical mind's perspective:
With all of the moisture/freezing complaints that I have seen, my best suggestion is to get her warmed up thoroughly and change the engine oil.
Battery tender
full tank of fresh good fuel (had a dealer suggest Race gas for my limited use Ranger)
Fogging is always good idea
Wash thoroughly to get any road salt off
Dry thoroughly
Joints, heims, pivots, etc should be cleaned, lubed to drive out moisture.
