I just hung up with Dave a little while ago. He's going to let me know what you end up with so we can make the sled works for you.
Thank you very much Matt

Might be a good idea to have Dave check out the motor, and build before you tune it..... You never know someone else's quality, if you can't see it. A slight build mistake on hard dyno runs can cause very expensive results. Been there done that on the exact same setup (except there was meth) and it is a hard lesson to learn. If I ever buy a pre boosted sled from someone, it will only be someone reputable, or well known to the community. Good luck, and can't wait to hear the numbers

I think I know who the original owner of the sled was. If I'm right then Dave built the motor.

The motor runs great thanks to Dave.
A bit low on power but it was a hot day out and we are thinking the size of the blower (stage 2) isn't in our favor at the low boost we have it at. It is around 12psi at redline on 91 pump gas. I wasn't to concerned about power, I wanted a safe ride able tune and that seems to be exactly what I got.
I can't say enough good things about Dave and his knowledge and expertise.

Sounds about right. Dave does know his stuff, and the stage 2 blower has a curve on it, where it really isn't efficient till around 14lbs. Spinning a larger blower at slower speeds can get you some times less efficiencies then spinning a smaller blower at higher speeds. Kind of like the stage one peaks around 14lbs, and the stage two starts picking up around 13-14lbs of boost. Trail safe boost with pump gas creates its own limitations. With or without engine work. I'm thinking you will love it at 12lbs. They make a great trail ride at that boost level IMO.

I am sure it will be a blast on the trails.
Wanted it to be safe on pump so had to keep the boost down, we could have tried but I was kore concerned with driveability.

Can you give us any hp numbers on 12psi? My goal this year is 10-12psi with the small charger and my guess is that i got fuel for 200-210hp

It makes over 200hp at 11-12psi on 91 pump gas. It is tuned a bit on the rich side for now. Wait till there is some snow and clean it up from there,if it needs it.
A BIG thanks to Dave and all his hard work.
