hey everyone!! i have been looking into putting a supercharger on my 04 rx-warrior. i have been looking into the hartman kits, and they seem very nice nice but i have a major concern.

"Q - Do I have to modify the stock frame to install a blower? Yes. You have to remove two tabs on the inside of the delta box. It is a very simple process and does affect the structure integrity"

This bothers me because i am a big guy i go abot 400lbs and i do like to play in the drifts and do minor jumping. Is there maybe a better kit out there where you dont have to modify the chassis?? or am i blowing this way out of proportion?? thanks for the imput guys!!!

Don't worry about it.

I have on on my 05 RX 1. Structural integrity is not compromised.

Its a great kit. ;)!

Don't worry, I did MUCH MUCH more cutting on more critical parts of frame and never had any problem

X2, I think you will be fine, had to do some cutting to mount S/C on my Nytro and also for the cold air intake. Have had no issues. Have talked to people that have took a tree to the front end of their sleds and not issues with the frame. Once you ride with boost you will never go back to stock!!!

there is no major modifying of the frame just some clearanceing for some parts of the supercharger and drive sys, mostly the rib on the underside of the delta box about 4 inches in two spots, check out the ty sled build for pics and directions that will answer youre questions
