SuperQ Install on 2007 Phazer Mtn Lite?

Anyone done a Superq Install on a 2007 Phazer Mtn Lite? I told my buddy I'd help him out with it, just wondering if anyone has done it. I have a Nytro and mine was super easy, just pull the seat, remove three bolts, bracket, replace the gasket and re-assemble.

Is the Phazer just as easy? Hows the sound? He actually doesn't want it much louder than stock, really just wants the weight loss and HP gain.

You will have to cut the muffler off the phazer. It doesnt clamp on like the Nytro.
