Anyone hear that knocking noise when going like 20-25 mph over small 1 & 1/2' multible bumps seems that everyone I talk to hears the same thing. Is there a way to get rid of it whatever it is? And what is it? Sounds like a thumping noise under front of seat area probally cog gear and freeplay? Only notice it at slowwer speeds. Is it beacause the sled is so quiet that I just never noticed it on my other sleds?
brand new warrior at dealer does same noise too so I know its nothing thats broke but its annoying at times.

I believe it is from your transfer rods. If you grab the rod there is 1/4" of movement from side to side (grab down where the transfer rod connects to the rail). You could put a washer or shim in to tighten it up, but it must move freely through the suspensions range of travel.
