I want to work on my exhaust I took out the four rear suspension bolts and cannot get the tunnel to separate from the suspension. I had a 4x4 on track and tried prying it apart carefully with no success. Any tips or pointers as to what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks in advance

2 bolts at rear drop plate 2 bolt and nuts at front w arm should literally fall out!

even with just the rear bolts out of crosshaft at drop brackets it should fall out and down to work on exhaust

Don't forget to disconnect the remote adjuster cable...I made that mistake last year.

If you have a mono its pretty straight forward. Remove the RA which is held in with three bolts and then remove one end off the cable. The end at the shock I find the easiest to remove.
With the back of the sled supported remove the two bolts on the front arm located in the footwells. Then remove the two bolts for the rear arm located under the running boards about half way down.
The skid will collaspe and fall out of the tunnel. If you happen to have an Attak remove the two rear bolts holding the rear upper idler wheels.
When re-installing the skid remove one of the transfer rods bolts.
Install the front bolts and then the rear. Once all four bolts are in lift the back of the sled until the transfer rod bolt lines up.
Its that simple

no take all out or just drop braket bolts and leave w arm bolts in, cause if u had whole thing out u would start reinstalling with w arm bolts first, come on man!!!;)!

Don't forget to loosen the rear axle and track first.

Go to the technical pages for complete instructions and pictures, will be much easier to see what everyone is talking about.
