taking the reverse out of my phazer- any help???

i am looking at taking out the reverse set-up on my 07phazer and go with a straight jackshaft.has anyone else done this and if so, what do i all need to remove, any help would be great thanks

Contact xc 137 he took his out last year and has all the part numbers. This years race sleds came without reverse. Let me know thou as I might be interested in the part becuase I want to give this sled to the Wife after the season.
