By adding the Boss or Mountain seats means you are raising your center of gravity. For those who have, does it create a more tippy feeling?
I noticed on my riding partners Doo that our seats are the same height but that his foot rests are much lower to the ground which creates the less knee bend sitting position which also leads to easier transition to standing. Has anyone thought of lowering these on the apex?

The taller seat is much more easy on the knees. I put taller bar risers on so I needed a taller seat. Mine is 7" taller than my stock seat and I love it. Did not notice it being tippy, but my skis are never on the ground so I'm not much help there.

I love my boss seat. Would never go back. Stick GT seat on mine was really bad. The Apex (standard exhaust model Apex boss seat) isn't really taller than stock seat, but it's shaped waaaasay better and it's more firm, so you don't sink down. Now my seating position is much better and no sore back or knees.

Ratsleds has a set of running boards. Cut yours off and these rivet on to the tunnel. Doesn't say anything about lowering.
