Do a search, myself and others are looking to get a group buy from Ulmer (Site Sponser). I can't remember off hand were it was, but it should come up. Last I remember there were a few more needed to get the group price.

temp gauge set up
I put one on my Nytro. One ground wire to the frame and one wire hooks into the ignition power line. The line to the temp gauge from the sensor has a built in break so if you take your hood off you just simply unplug it. Took about 20 minutes to install and works great. The digital gauge is completely sealed from the elements and it is not gawdy. I would guess it is only 1 by 3 inches or so. Another nice thing is it displays the time due to an internal battery then once you turn the key on the temp is displayed. I just sliced the sensor in about 6 inches above the termostat. The sensor takes up about 1 to 1.5 inches once in place. I got my kit from Ulmer Racing.

Got Apex RTX? said:Do a search, myself and others are looking to get a group buy from Ulmer (Site Sponser). I can't remember off hand were it was, but it should come up. Last I remember there were a few more needed to get the group price.
It's under accessories on Ulmer's site. It looks like a sweet set-up! I'm definitely interested. Let me know about the group buy. If that doesn't happen we could just order them together and do two installs at the same time!!

please keep me posted on group buy,, thanks

Here's the link http://www.ty4stroke.com/viewtopic.php? ... c&start=30 to the group buy from Ulmer.
I like the fact that it has a clock as well. With the Apex it was part of the gauge cluster, it was nice to have, used it more than you would think. I was going to put the round gauges on the Apex but just never did. Obviously the round ones look cool but there bigger and more difficult to mount. I think the small digi one is the most simplistic, logical way to go.
Skyboz, sounds good to me, if you talk to B.C. let him know about it. He may want one too.
