Finished assembling the chain case while doing a track change and changed the oil at the same time. Went to start the sled and it turned over once then nothing. There was a click when turning the key but that was it and the code 43 error. Did some searches on here and found the reference to the grounding block near the primary clutch. Yep that was it. The large black wire in the block had over heated and looks like it melted the assembly.

Nice job!!
Nice. I removed the three large junction blocks on my sled. Had no issues but did want to encounter the issue.

I cleaned 2 of the three and also went thru most of the plugs, cleaning and adding the dielectric grease. Put on extensions to stretch it out to a 128 and trying an ice ripper track.

Hi there!
I have the same code 43 issue and have found the ground box melted beyond repair and requires replacement.
Does anyone have suggestions for what is the best replacement part to use?

Cut the burnt block off. Strip back the wires , twist together, solder the connection and tape it up
