I went in to a ditch and bent the lower right A arm.
The ski smashed in to the knuckle and did some damage.
The damage done.
How the upper arm and lower arm lines up hanging straight down. This is the left side (undamaged).
And the right side and this is BEFORE straightening the arm and measuring it.
How it was bent.
Now the arm is straightened and still not aligns the same.
Left side.
Right side.
I can make it look better by forcing them together by hand. Just to erase the play in the bushings I guess.
The mounting hole is a bit oval, but just with 0,5 mm. The bolt was bent and is now exchanged.
And the right side hanging straight down.
And the left side.
I can't say that the arms is 100% ok. The straightening of the lower right arm is close to perfect and the left arm is measured. The upper arms is just measured by eye and can't find anything spectacular.
So, what is my problem? Is the subframe already wrecked? I only have about 740 km (460 miles) on this sled.
Can't say that I'm the most happy man around here now, but shajt happens.
Is this normal?
This is the gap between the pipes above the radiator. Close to 10 mm gap.
And this is above the primary clutch. About 16 mm of gap.
Is this a sign of a bent subframe? I do not remember if it always have been like this, or if it should be symmetrical.
Any suggestions will do!
