I know there were several people who wanted to ride this Saturday. Lets pick a time a place and ride. It will be around the Piseco area. Monker knows the area and will lead the way. As soon as I hear from him, I will post times and places to stay.

DANA I WILL BE UP THERE SAT. ONLY ABOUT AN HOUR FROM MY HOUSE. IT WOULD BE NICE TO RIDE WITH YOU AGAIN. I just sent you a pm. Looks like there will be a bunch of people at the Speculator firehouse Saturday. A couple different groups would be the best way to go. I included a map of the area for anyone interested.
I'll be on a warrior with TY stickers by the exhaust. 8)

Corey just gave me a PM. This is what he said, "We (me and my buddy on his viper, possibly a 3rd with a 800 polaris) will be leaving from the parking area in Speculator. It's right by the fire house at the end of the lake. Sounds like some other TY guys are coming up too. I attached a map of the area and you can see where the trails meet at the north end of the lake by Speculator where the parking area is. As for places to stay, Powerhaulic (Keith) would be the one to talk to. He lives right in the area and has a better idea of what places there are. I'll be driving up from Albany in the morning and plan on getting there between 8:30 and 9". Anyone else interested, please let me know. Corey, I will be there tomorrow morning. OK, 5 confirmed riders from our group. They got 12 inches of snow this weekend. It is snowing hard right now and more on the way. This could be the last blast. HRD are you going to show. We will have to race without you.

I am meeting Steve from Orange Cty on Friday at the Fire Hall in Spectulator. He wants to start late AM. I am not sure of what time I can show. I am hoping by 12:00. Then a group of us will be out all day Saturday. You have my numbers, let me know.
HRD is up north today riding with some of his buddies. I am calling him to see where he is at and if he wants to go to Speculator Sat. I may hook up with him Friday, he was going to come to my area originally but decided he would stay north. I have two others that should be coming with me Saturday to Speculator. Is the fire house on the main drag in Speculator?

HRD is at Timberview. He said the trails around there STINK :!: I gave him some numbers to call for possible lodging near Piseco. He is riding in the am with his buddies and then hopes to head to Speculator by afternoon. Plans on riding Saturday with our gang. What time is everyone planning to head out Sat am?? It is probably 2 1/2 hours for me I would guess. I look forward to getting together with the TY gang again for one last ride(again)

Dave, there are rooms available in Speculator. The Area C of C number is 518.548.4521. You have my number, I am leaving this morning. I am riding about 2:00 PM today until I can't take it anymore. We are starting between 8:30-9:00 sharp. If anyone is later than that, call and we will find a place to meet later in the day. I will have my phone on until 8:45 AM Saturday, then checking for messages throughout the day. Trails should be in good shape. If anyone wants to go earlier today, Steve is going to show about 9:00 AM and is looking to hookup with someone. He is meeting me at the Lake Pleasant Inn between 1:00 and 2:00 today to hookup.
Hopefully I will get to see some of you if you're in the area.

I had the camera ready all day, but couldn't get the cat guys to run out of gas. Came close though. I know they were certainly sweatin. It was a great time guys.

:twisted: Hey! monker they didn't have much to say when the junk viper and the rx-1 ate them across the lakes did they?I think they were very impressed and embarrassed,It wasn't even close I think you and rx1man surprised them with those rx-1's. You should of did what I did and went along side of them for awhile and wacked it down they would of been really impressed. They were nice guy's and I had a good time with them,all in all great trip and the ending was perfect. :twisted: :twisted: :wink:
