You know, it doesn't matter if it's moose, deer, turkeys, rabbits or whatever, when I'm sledding, I'm in no hurry so I just stop and enjoy just watching them FROM A DISTANCE. And they're already living on reserves since food is scarcer during winter so to make them run just makes them use those reserves they might not have.

I am in no way a tree hugger but isn't that what sledding is all about?

BTW, if you're wondering about my handle "Mooseman", it's just a nickname given to me by an Australian friend. I'm not a hunter nor have any kind of actual knowledge about moose except common sense (which sometimes is not so common out there).

There was another video posted on the weather network, TWN., that I watched this am. The video was from Maine and the idiot got off his sled after provoking it with his sled to "shoo-shoo" the moose off the trail. LMAO Our race is doomed! The lack of sense is not just a creation of improper education, but that of a poluted gene pool that believes they have the right to this great land. Purification by means of extinction awaits.
