Ticking sound

Just an update...... I found 4 of the 8 header bolts missing, and replaced them all with the proper length, and with Nord-lock washers. Put the sled back together, and all is running fine, ticking gone.
I am also thinking that at the time I ran it last and discovered this issue with the header bolts, I was setting up my AF , see where it was at. Would it only make sense a person might find a higher reading then normal, since one could be sucking in fresh air, a vacuum effect at the gasket/header area?
Will see what it reads this week when I try it again, with ALL the bolts!

wienerwater - good point. Funny thing my sled was still way rich with alle the bolts loose ? :-)
I will take a close look at the AFR when I ride it for the first time this winter.

In my case, it was all 4 blots on one side, closest to the clutch. So, it could possibly give enough gap to actually pull extra air in (not that I noticed a large gap)as the turbo is force fed through the header. In any case, it could maybe vacum extra air, giving a false, or Hi air ratio.
Will see what happens tomorrow, unless too cold to ride.

We're at -23C at my cabin, only -15C at home. Still very low snow conditions. Please post back results when you get the time to ride.
