I just installed new plastic bushings in the rear suspension. I had the arms powdercoated first. When I installed the bushings on the front arm, they went in very tight. I could not push them all the way in by hand. I had to push them in by tightening the bolt against them. I'm not sure if they are TOO tight or not. Do you know how tight they should be in the stock arms with no powdercoating? Not sure if they normally go in that tight or if it is some powdercoating in the way.
The bushings in the front arm are tight enough that I cannot turn them by hand. With the bolt installed, I can turn it with a wrench on it.

The new plastic collared bushings went in by hand quite easily, no forcing required.

Thanks 4Fighter. I dropped the suspension today and took some powdercoating out of the arms. The bushings went it by hand perfect after that. They were way too tight.
