Hi everyone,
Sled ran when dropped off to have clutch work done by shop. Go to pick the sled up & it won't start. Starter spins it over, but it won't fire. My fear is that the timing jumped when they did the clutch work. What are the chances the valves munched into the pistons?

Possible, but I would suspect spark plugs first.

Hard to say. Was this shop knowledgeable about 998 (ie NEVER EVER turn it backwards)?
Kill switch?
Does it seem to have compression?

I'm going to assume no lol. The fact that it was fine before, and now it won't leads me to believe they spun the clutch clockwise putting it back on. They seem to have something in them for compression. You can spin the clutch by hand.Hard to say. Was this shop knowledgeable about 998 (ie NEVER EVER turn it backwards)?

Well if you can spin it easily by hand without feeling much, I think you're right.
Factory spec shows compression is 173 psi hot. Even cold you should feel good compression.
