about the wiring.

Dec 9,2006-badluck-"06 RTX, Did the update based on directions in box. threw code 81(problem in hand warmer circut) removed pigtail and code went away, grips heat up just fine."
Not starting anything just pointing out the facts.
Edit-Giving credit where credit is due.
Everybody involved in any way with bar fix ideas or testing deserves credit.This goes back along way to early 06 and includes washers and foaming ideas.
I may have missed someone as there has only been 10,000 posts about this.
Different wiring was brought up by many along with warnings.

YAM182---You bring up valid points with the other members posts on the handwarmer issue. Somehow I didn't happen to see the other posts, and Dan's went on for many pages that's why I noticed that one the most. I know you're not trying to start something, and I hope I haven't either. I definitely give credit to all of those involved, and shouldn't have singled out one member. Kudos to all!!
