I have 320 miles in on my Gt ,it has 144 studs and 8"of carbide.
I have set the "sit in" at 45 mm at the rear for my rider weight ,have set the weight transfer to 3/4 full hard and have backed off the front ski spring pre-load to only tight enough that the spring will not rattle when the front end is hanging in the free state.
THIS HAS CORRECTED ALMOST ALL OF MY INSIDE SKI LIFT !!!
VERY BIG IMPROVMENT ON THE TWISTIES!!
The problem is it feels very front end heavy in the extremely tight to moderately tight cornering I have to use all of the handle bars to get it to turn.
What can I do to keep the set up doing what it is ,but make the turning effort less??

I have basically the same set-up and so far the best solution I have found is different skis. C&A Pro Outlaws or XT make a huge difference my friends can not believe how big a change in overall handling. The Outlaw is a little easier to steer than the Outlaw.

are you saying that you have changed your ski's from the stock ones
if so what makes them feel like the sled is lighter in the front end ?

Its not so much that it feels lighter up front, but the skis are so responsive and presice and need less over all steering imput that the heavyish feel becomes less bothersome and gives a feel of being rocksolid and very aggersive.

Alot of talk about suspension set up but no one has mentioned wether they are wearing there equipment or not, so I'am curious to know how many have set there suspension up with all of there equipment on,as to no equipment.I'am assuming that the extra 10 pounds or so would make a difference. In the initial setup.

Not with the XT skis other than the odd inside ski lift in the tight stuff. I'm thinking of trying a 45" wide front kit which comes with stiffer sway bar to see if ski lift would be even less, and maybe be able to have more weight transfer to the rear for better holeshot.

You may want to just get the 13mm bar from bruce and try it first vrs complete kit,as it may be just the ticket, sense you have the new skis on,and like them.

The rear skid controls about 80 percent of the ski-lift. You can't have the best of both worlds. You can either have less weight transfer, but corner flatter or great weight trasnfer and inside ski-lift. Adjust the transfer rod and then if that does not work tighten the limiter one hole. Also, before you tighten the limiter, crank up the preload on the 2 turns front springs.
