I needed a Stealth 4th Wheel kit before my Ontario ride and called J&T after looking at his competition's products. Todd said he had no stock. Problem!
Todd went on to describe how he had axles but no wheels. He put forth the extra effort to ship me an axle he had and drop ship from his wheel provider the 4 wheels to me so I could replace the tri-hub before my first big trip.
All parts arrived on time just as he said they would! This is a vendor who not only wanted the business, but was willing to exert a bit more effort to assist a customer who was in a time bind.
For that, I want to say "THANKS" Todd!
The product also looks perfect after 1,619 miles! I will be throwing on another 1,300 miles in two weeks. I'm quite sure it will perform perfectly. It is a nicely made and robust product.
