I am in process of going through my sled because the season is done here.
I dropped my rear skid out yesterday and put it on the bench. While looking things over, I noticed that most all the nylon bushings in both pivot arms look good and appear to have been kept well lubed by the previous owner.
However, take a look at the video link below. I noticed a bit of axial (side to side) play in the rear pivot arm cross shafts. I am thinking I may pop these off and shim them to tighten things up. Is this type of play expected?
I know folks say the front A-Arms have axial play in them and thats normal.
There is no sign of radial play in any of the cross shafts, just axial.
