Sasquatch is 100% correct!
Just amazes me that someone can look at them and say there is no way they would hang all that iron on there ski and than go on a public forum and tell the world that they are junk. LOL
Wear bar's don't just flip sled's over just like the Yamaha Rhino does not just roll over for no reason.
I know exactly what is going on with these guy's that just flip over (claimed anyway).
If You are coming in to a corner in some loose snow, you start turning the bar's with some push so they turn the bar's more, than the Tracker gets ahold of some hard snow. The agressive Tracker's WILL bite and give you a shot! It does no good to turn the bar's farther when they are already unhooked so they just require a bit of understanding.
Another thing is you will find yourself cornering faster from more confidence and control and that also can get you in to trouble.
Learn to ride with them and there is nothing like it!

I did not like the berstrom shims they ripped up my rubbers and had to replace them so then I made my own shims. Looking forward to trying the trackers this season, haven't been out to try them yet maybe next weekend.kviper said:Just make sure you take all the Bergstrom shim's etc out with the trackers.

I have been dinking with the Tuners for a year and finally put my SnoTrackers on yesterday. Pretty impressive. I was holding out for enough snow.
I only took a short ride but was pretty impressed. These things make you feel very planted to the trail and turn very well. Much less rider input required. My sled was scary to ride with the tuners on. The trackers aren't coming off. I think they are as good as advertised. By the way i have the semi aggressive.

Re: Took my sno trackers off and tried Woody's slim Jim Dool
the semi-aggressive have 3 posts/nuts and the aggressive have 4 posts/nuts
Firecat_Freak said:So I thought that the sno-trackers made the sled grab too much in the corners. I tried some Woody's Slim Jim Dooleys this year. We got 6" of fresh snow, and man does this thing dart and want to follow other ski tracks. I don't remember the sno trackers doing this last year. So I'm thinking I want to put the sno-trackers back on. I did have one stud that broke on one runner. And I think I threw out all the rusty nuts. Can anyone tell me what the nuts are so I can go buy new ones. Also, who is a U.S dealer closest to Wisconsin that I can purchase another runner??
One last thing. How do I know if these are aggressive or semi aggressive?
Thanks all.

Wow, sounds like these SnoTrackers work really good for eliminating Darting !! I have been on Woodys Slim Jim Doolys sine 2003 on all of the family sleds and I like the way they eliminate the darting but not the way they push in corners. Either way, have always been willing to give up some handling in corners for straight ahead comfort.
I now have some new Berstrom tripples 8"" or 10", not sure would have to measure, they came on the used sled that I purchased (06 Attack), and I find that even with shims they still dart but offer no push in corners when compared to the Dooleys.
I will have to try these SnoTrackers in the near future...
Anyone ever try an aggessive carbide like the tripple on one ski and a Dooley or SnoTracker on the other?
