Tool for changing belt?

Does anyone know of a tool that helps with changing the belt on a RX-1 mnt. I have a heck of a time pushing the secondary sheaves then twisting it to open the secondary enough. If there isn't a tool any one have any tips on changing the belt.

I have one that I bought used from a guy on TY. It's from TEAM industries. It look the same, but do you guys think that it can cause any un-balancing on the secondary. ie. Throw something out of whack.

I just push down on the belt at the top of the secondary and force the belt down into the secondary, which will hold it apart. Then pull the belt off at the bottom of the secondary and around to the top it. Nothin' to it!
