roughly 85-95MPH. Until you fix your clutches, don't pass go.

Welcome to the forum. Didn't realize you were new. There are several posts that detail the problem and several more fixes. The problem with the viper's top speed isn't HP/Torque/RPM related. It's poorly machined clutches. I would refer you to the FAQ section under viper. If you have any more questions, I and many others will be happy to help.

The sled has no miles so I will look at the secondary for flashing and possibly belt change and clutch kit any suggestions thanks

I ended up machining my clutches for overdrive, adding a turbo and getting the big venom clutch kit. The turbo and clutches are being installed by my dealer to keep the warranty and I don't have the machine back yet... The Big Venom Kit is new this year, but was developed by members of this forum. I trust it will be good but have no experience. Ulmer has a clutch kit that is proven and popular. Just two options for you. Honestly, I would ride it before touching it. Otherwise, how do you know what the kit is doing for you and if you are happy. On the flip side, I know the big venom kit is so popular right now, Lonn at thunder products was completely sold out of non turbo kits. If you know you will want it, you may want to place your order, ride it once without and install the next day. There are how to videos for this kit in the viper section.

Thanks I will look into it is kit for both clutches

any suggestions thanks
Oh boy, how deep are your pockets? I have yet to find a sled that can't be improved upon. Ride it first, tell us what you like and don't like and ask for recommendation. Every good and bad of this sled has been well documented...
