I picked up a 2010 XTX about a month ago. Just wondering how to bypass the tors on it? It is used and the tors is not working so I want to know if the previous owner has bypassed it or if it is acting up. Thanks in advance

Most likely it's been unplugged, it's meant to be a safety feature. If the throttle gets stuck or goes out of adjustment and the sled wants to take off it will limit the engine rpm to below engagement.

Which plug is it so I can verify that it has in fact been disabled? Trying to rule out all possibilities

From another thread:
"To bypass TORS locate the rubber boot beside headlight and their is two single black and white connectors. Plug the black and white together coming from the throttle bodies(closer to the floor) and voila it's bypassed...it takes one min"
The rubber boot talked about is on the primary side, if I remember correctly. If bypassed, their should be an unplugged connector on the wires leading to the handlebars.

Here's a picture of the connectors for TORS the black and the white connectors. In the picture there shown connected properly, to bypass TORS they are unplugged then plugged into each other in a reverse manner ( white male to black female, and and black male to white female ) plugs that is LOL. it is recommended to operate the machine with TORS operational to avoid an accident or worse.
