Haven't had a chance to get to the sled. Got shipped out of town for work. I will be working on it on Friday and keep you in the loop if I find something that fixes the problem

Well it took me a few days but I finally found the issue. 2 spots where the harness rubbed through and was shorting out. First spot I found was behind the rad bracket on the clutch side and the second spot was right underneath where the steering post bolts to the upper frame loop above the gas tank. Had the sled out this weekend and it runs unbelievable. I can finally enjoy the power the 1150 mill has to offer.
