Still working on this guys. Didn't want you to think I abandoned the project! Thought I had the 5 position figured out, but I have clearance issues on the 121 Nytro skid. To keep costs down I need (1) design that will work on all torsion spring skids. I will get it figured out. No worries!

Finally got a design I am happy with. After 4 different attempts I finally settled on a 4 position. 5 position became too big and had clearance issues on the 121 skids. This is why the blocks offered by start will not work on the 121" nytros.
Positions 1, 2, 3 are stock yamaha settings. Position 4 is a firmer, overload position which is ideal for aggressive trails, 2 up riding, or guys with extended 121's needing more preload. Position 4 adds approximately 3/4" more preload than the stock position H as shown in one of the photos below.
Blocks are constructed of 6061 Aluminum and riveted together.
There is a 11/16" coupling nut pressed into the bock which is used to adjust the settings. By locating this off the pivot center line the block is much easier to turn as mechanical advantage is gained. The gained advantage plus use of steel coupling nut makes stripping adjustment nuts a thing of the past.
As an FYI, these will work on all yamaha japan torsion spring suspensions and all Viper and Sidewinder torsion spring skids as well.
Retail is going to be a bit a little cheaper than originally projected to. Will be selling them for $65 a set. . I will get them in the online store soon.

I'm in for a set...... Any chance to ship 'em with the WRP seat?
Send you another paypal.
Are they going to be just plain stock, a paint/ powder coat or an option?
Raw aluminum is fine with me as I have access to powder coating.

Are different year xtx springs different? I bought skid parts from a 2012 and the wrap is tighter than my 2009. I bought my 2009 Nytro xtx used so cant be sure what I started with.

just got my BOP torsion spring adjusters and had them mounted in about 5 minutes per side. Easy easy easy adjustment without the nut stripping. Powder coating and position stampings look great. I couldn't be happier Travis, nice job!!!
