I picked my Viper up from the shop today and noticed the "track adjustment bolt" (long gold looking bolt that runs parallel to the track) was still loose. I can't turn it with my fingers to loosen or tighten but the bolt is wiggly.
I asked the kid who helped me load the sled and he did not know...there were two other Vipers sitting in the lot to be worked on and on both of them I could wiggle the bolts around.
It was this way when I dropped it off but figured it would be something they would "tighten" during the first service.
Is this normal?

No it should be tight and not wiggle. Once axle is tight with bolts on end just snug the adjuster bolts up. Usually never have to do this when adjusting track so maybe look at track adjustment also.
