Track Change made easy on XTX?

I read in a magazine that the XTX would have a driveshaft that was super easy to drop right out the bottom. Has anyone else heard this?
I sure hope its true, but it was only printed in a Magazine, so who knows.

Yes, the Phazer and the 08 Nytros has the same.

Really? How so? I've got an 08 Phazer Mtn. but never really looked at it in respect to changeing tracks.

Wow, thanks. I remember looking at that post last year but don't remember the drivshaft removal part at all. That's awsome. Much better than the other method. A lot less struggle.

Easiest sleds to do front drive shaft removal ever!!! Very trick how the bearing fts into the cast side panel and how the retaining plate is so easy to get off. I had it all apart in a matter og minutes!!!! Yeah Yamaha!!!!

i sapped the track on my phazer 2 times, and i must say it is the easiest sled i have ever done.

i really do like that feature,s o much easier then the old school yamaha's.

Deadman, You may want to reconsider your 4/5 beer estimate as there are some animals on here that can drink that many before the parking brake could be set. LOL

That's great news as the old Yam system removal sucked.
