Hey guys,
Finally got to swapping out my 121" for my 136" track. Everything went smoothly being that it was my first ever track change. The only thing is that when I was putting it back together. I had a washer that I couldn't figure out what it went to. I thought it was for the top sprocket where the break rotor goes on, but its too small. And it didn't fit onto the main gear shaft, so I am completely stumped on where it goes.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I've stared at this for 5 mins..... I'm almost thinking the 14mil track tensioning washer. For the tensioner bolt.

Check rear axle washer count.
Unusual washer! Are you sure a tarpaulin isn't missing a grommet?

When I went out back to the cave to stock the stove I looked around skid. I Think it's from the main axle in rear of skid. 17mm nut side? Maybe?

Yeah I have that one on there.
I know its making me re think and wonder if its even with the sled at all.. But I had it together with the rotor parts but it doesn't fit on anything to do with the rotor or top / bottom gear.
The only thing it fits on is the back axel but I have all the washers on there and like the picture i uploaded it doesn't properly go on for a specific purpose.
I greatly appreciate your help with this, I'm still searching..

It's def a Yammi washer color. I busted my skid 3 times and had it out so many times but just can't place it.

I only take my clutches off to grease the bearings behind them, but isn't there one behind and in front of the secondary? Used as a spacer?

I never had the clutches off so far so I don't believe that it could be that one, but thank you for the reply!!!
I'll have to take a look at the torsion spring hook, when you say that do you mean the part that it rests on?
I was able to get the track changed and put back on successfully and rode it around the yard with no issues so far.
