Track Noise

I agree. The 1 1/4'' is a great track ,but it is way too noisey for a sled like the Vector which is supposed to be a groomed trail sled. A 1'' lug is plenty. The added vibration and hyfax wear are also problems. The 1 1/4'' is great on a dual purpose sled like the Rage.

I am putting on a new 1'' Camoplast Ice Claw track.Hopefully I can kill 3 birds with 1 stone. Noise,vibration and hyfax wear. All windows are open.Pre studded should help the cheap plastic wheel life also.

Has anyone tried the rubber wheels on the RS Venture yet?My track was pretty loud before studding. Noise seems about the same now with a little added vibration. Great sled but just trying to make it better!
